Cold and damp delays Madras St resealing

Sealing work on Block One, Madras Street, which was expected to finish at the end of June, has been delayed by cold temperatures and damp conditions. Sealing work requires dry conditions and cannot be carried out if the temperatures dip below 5 degrees celsius. SCIRT (Stronger Christchurch) now expects the work to be carried out by July 27.
