Following the Christchurch earthquakes some people will suffer various forms of post-trauma stress. This can impact on relationships in the workplace, at home and of course with those closest to us. Short-term trauma counselling offers support and provides a safe environment for people to discuss and explore options for managing post-trauma stress.

I’m offering up to 6 free counselling session for people to focus on and get assistance with;

Issues primarily related to the earthquake.

Recovering from the impact of the earthquake.

Counselling is available to individuals, couples and families.
