The New Zealand Historic Places Trust has removed item 3722 from its register of heritage buildings in Christchurch because the house has been demolished following the earthquakes. The house at the corner of 82 Springfield Road and 1 Eversleigh Street, St Albans, Christchurch, built in 1906, was registered as a Category 1 historic place.
