More apartments for St Albans

More apartments are on the drawing board for St Albans.
The Auckland developers are currently building a complex of eight three storey tilt slab blocks housing 24 apartments on Riccarton Road. It replaces a two storey wooden house that stood on the site until a few years ago.
A Press news story suggested that St Albans was next.
The Riccarton Rd apartments are priced at between $360,000 and $390,000 each, and will probably be rented out for between $400 and $450 a week.
