Neighbourhood Trust plans to purchase shops

The St Albans Neighbourhood Trust, based at the St Albans Baptist Church, plans to purchase two shops for its community outreach programme and has applied to the Shirley Papanui Community Board for assistance to do so.
It has applied to the Council’s Capital Endowment Fund-Special One Off Project Scheme for $130,000 towards the purchase.
