Pipework in north part of St Albans

Work will begin soon in Roosevelt, Jameson, Nancy and Kensington Avenues to replace wastewater pipes. Details are not available yet, but this work is part of a wider package involving the north part of St Albans and Papanui (a large area) and is expected to take up to 18 months to complete.

Damaged pipes will be replaced with pvc piping and additional lift stations will help make the wastewater system in St Albans more resilient in future earthquakes.
