Red zone land damage assessments in 2014

It appears that any redzone residents waiting on land damage assessments from EQC will be waiting until after green zone assessments have been completed in late 2013.

Settlements should then be completed by the end of 2014.

This information has come to light through questions asked by CanCERN and answered by EQC, to be published in the next CanCERN newsletter.

Many red zone residents have left already with the remainder expected to leave by the end of July.
