Toolbox parenting course

Rutland Street Church is running a parenting course aimed at parents of teens and tweens in August.

The course covers atmosphere, boundaries, communication, discipline, self-esteem, and future-focus. “We will show you that, although challenging, they can be some of the best years of your life – and theirs.”

The first of six sessions, being run at the Neighourhood Trust, 64 McFaddens Road, will be on August 7. It costs $90 per couple or $67.50 for one person. Some funding may be available.
